Job summary

ISS International SpA in Italy seeks an experienced instructor to conduct a four‑day course in Turkmenistan on Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API). The training will be delivered in English to HSE and Quality personnel in oil & gas plants and will cover API standards, audits, and reporting.

Applicants must have 15+ years in HSE/Quality in oil & gas, at least 3 years as an instructor, proven course relevance, and fluent English. Location: Turkmenistan (to be decided).

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Minimum 3 years as an instructor/trainer.
• Proven experience in the topics covered in the course.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 4-day classroom course in Turkmenistan.
• Present topics on Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) in English.
• Engage HSE and Quality personnel and facilitate sessions.
• Provide documentation and certifications as required.
