Job summary

ISS International SpA in Italy seeks an experienced instructor to conduct a four‑day course in Turkmenistan on Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API). The training will be delivered in English to HSE and Quality personnel in oil & gas plants and will cover API standards, audits, and reporting.

Applicants must have 15+ years in HSE/Quality in oil & gas, at least 3 years as an instructor, proven course relevance, and fluent English. Location: Turkmenistan (to be decided).

ISS International SpA is looking for an Instructor to conduct a short course on "Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API)" in Turkmenistan.

The classroom training will be 4 days, held in English, and is aimed at HSE and Quality personnel in Oil & Gas plants.

Main Topics

• Introduction to Regulatory & Compliance: distinction from Process Safety
• International and local regulations (OSHA, EU Directives, Turkmen standards, etc.)
• API Standards & Recommended Practices (e.g., API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581, etc.)
• HSE requirements: occupational safety, environmental protection, process/industrial safety
• Compliance Management Systems
• Audits, inspections, and certification
• Documentation and reporting (HSE reporting, incident reporting)

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Minimum 3 years as an instructor/trainer
• Proven experience in the topics covered in the course
