Job summary

EagleBurgmann is seeking an HSE Specialist in Istanbul to oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management systems. This role includes conducting risk assessments, leading audits, and ensuring compliance across numerous locations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in international settings. Benefits include health insurance, meal allowance, and a performance-related bonus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial / Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably with international companies.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and improvement of HSE management systems.
• Conduct and support risk assessments and audits.
• Plan and deliver mandatory HSE training programs.
