Job summary

Toll Group in Turkey seeks a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Regional Supply Chain Manager by coordinating suppliers, monitoring performance, and maintaining documentation across regional operations.

You will liaise with Case Management and Operations teams, ensure procedures are followed, and assist with regional updates and reports while upholding compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the Assisted Passage Program, preferably in Case Management, Logistics, Operations, or Administration.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across teams or stakeholders.
• Experience working with service providers or external partners is an advantage.
• Experienced in working with compliance or regulatory protocols and strategies.
• Demonstrated experience of operating in dynamic global operating environments with time sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers and services such as escorts, accommodation, transportation, interpretation, and other program-related services.
• Liaise with Case Management and Operations teams to ensure supply chain services are delivered per procedures.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues related to supplier services.
• Prepare regional supply chain updates and reports.
• Maintain supplier documentation and records of performance.
