Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive Cisco-aligned technical sales strategies in the Marmara region from our Fatih office. You will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, coach them, and translate executive goals into concrete sales initiatives.

The role requires engaging with CXOs and IT stakeholders to understand business goals, oversee regional sales efforts, and identify new growth opportunities through market insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record in regional or country-level technical sales initiatives.
• Experience engaging with CXOs and Directors.
• Turkish speaker is a must.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with customer needs.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable sales initiatives.
• Engage with CXOs and IT stakeholders to understand business goals.
• Oversee technical sales management for the region.
• Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation.
• Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify opportunities.
