Job summary

Ekin Smart City in Marmara region seeks a seasoned technical sales professional to present, design, and install AI-driven smart-city solutions for international customers. You will translate complex requirements into concrete configurations and lead product demonstrations, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing technical support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales roles, strong communication, and a proactive, travel-ready mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within a technology company.
Proven experience in understanding customer requirements and translating them into appropriate technical solutions and system configurations.
Strong understanding of software, hardware, networking, and system integration concepts.
Experience in conducting technical product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
Eagerness to learn and explore emerging technologies.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently without restrictions.

Responsibilities

Conducting product presentations and live demos for international customers, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
Designing and recommending tailored technical solutions and system configurations aligned with customer requirements.
Managing the installation, setup, and implementation of products at customer sites.
Identifying and addressing technical issues during or after installations, ensuring smooth operations.
Reporting any product malfunctions to relevant departments (R&D or Production) for resolution.
Maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and providing ongoing technical support when needed.
Recommending tailored solutions aligned with customers’ business objectives and requirements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical information related to opportunities and projects in the CRM system.
Reviewing and responding to project tenders with accuracy and professionalism.
Managing client relationships and following up on projects to ensure long-term success.
