Continental in Turkey is seeking a regional sales professional to manage subdealers, drive regional growth, and ensure adherence to strategic plans. The role combines market research, performance tracking, and collaboration with the Regions Manager to expand our footprint in the Ege region.

You should have a Bachelor's in Business, Economics or Engineering, 1 year sales experience, fluent English, native Turkish, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Native-level Turkish.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; responsible.

Responsabilités

• Manage subdealers within the region per company policies.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Maximize regional sales performance.
• Assist the Regions Manager.

Description;

• Managing subdealers within the region in line with company policies and objectives and ensure that subdealers are guided in line with these strategies and necessary measures are taken within the period by making relevant evaluations
• Conducting incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
• Maximizing sales performance of the region
• Assisting the Regions Manager

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering departments
• Min 1 year of working experience in sales
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish
• Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel
