Job summary

UN Women ECARO is seeking a Programme Specialist to contribute to the Push Forward Strategy implementation, coordinate across regional and country offices, and support donor reporting and knowledge management. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration, law, human rights, gender equality, management, social sciences or related areas is required.
• A first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Project/programme management certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technically to the ECARO Push Forward Strategy implementation and development.
• Provide inputs to partnerships and resource mobilization related to the strategy.
• Support knowledge management and institutional learning within the strategy implementation.
• Perform other duties as needed for the Office and Organisation.
