Reed Recruitment Türkiye is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for our FMCG client. You will lead a regional Customer Marketing team across MENAPT markets and drive the execution of customer marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.

You will develop channel and customer growth plans with Sales and Marketing teams and identify opportunities to improve in-store execution, shopper engagement and conversion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within FMCG environments.
• Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or related commercial functions.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using market and retail insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is highly preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a regional Customer Marketing team across MENAPT markets.
• Drive the execution of customer marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Develop channel and customer growth plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-store execution, shopper engagement and conversion.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Net Revenue Management teams on pricing and promotional strategies.
• Lead the development of compelling customer and channel propositions.
• Monitor market dynamics, retail trends and competitive activity to support business growth.
• Manage customer marketing investments and evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis.
• Support distribution, assortment and visibility initiatives across key channels.
• Contribute to regional business planning and cross-functional decision-making processes.
