Job summary

REED Türkiye is seeking a Fleet Contact Engineer to support our automotive client. You will collect tire data, create fleet status snapshots, and identify sales opportunities while visiting fleets and reporting to technical services and sales teams.

The role includes delivering technical trainings, supporting fleet customers, and assisting with digital solution installations. Strong English/Turkish, analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• New graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, with high responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining tire data (tread depth, inflation, wear photos) for internal analysis.
• Creating snapshots of tire and vehicle status to identify fleet sales opportunities.
• Visiting fleets regularly and reporting to technical services and sales.
• Providing technical trainings and supporting fleet customers.
• Training and supporting digital solution installations when required.
• Providing technical support for lifecycle management processes.
