Norconsult Telematics is seeking an OSP Regional Field Supervisor to lead field Quality Survey and Audit activities, ensuring work aligns with project standards, procedures, and quality requirements. • Proven experience in telecom deployment supervision, field quality inspections, or OSP project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Quality Inspection activities performed by OSP Inspectors.
• Ensure all survey, inspection, and audit activities are executed in accordance with approved project procedures, guidelines, checklists, and processes, while monitoring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure site inspection reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Monitor the performance of the quality inspection team and implement corrective actions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of work.
• Review site reports, identify discrepancies, technical issues, and project risks, and elevate critical issues when required.
• Verify contractor progress and quality of work against approved specifications and report any deviations in accordance with project procedures.
• Review and validate the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all contractor-submitted documentation and site reports.
• Prepare and submit weekly Quality Survey & Audit progress reports to the Regional Manager.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings with inspectors to review site progress, corrective actions, and training needs to continuously improve inspection quality and performance.
• Perform field audits to validate inspection team outputs, ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and established procedures.
