Job summary

CHERY Turkey (Omoda & Jaecoo) seeks a senior sales leader to drive dealer network performance and revenue growth in the local market.

You will adapt market strategy, coach dealers, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management. Strong English communication and automotive sales background are required for success.

Responsibilities

• Adapting and transferring Chery Turkey's market strategy to dealers.
• Coordinating local dealers to realize sales targets.
• Following up daily dealer activities and analyzing retail sales and stock.
• Preparing related documents and follow up with dealers.
• Visiting dealers and planning district marketing activities.
• Training the regional sales team on theory and practice.
• Analyzing sales team performance and development activities.
• Reviewing dealership financial performance including profitability and working capital.

Job description

Omoda & Jaecoo brand is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. Omoda & Jaecoo operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adapting and transferring Chery Turkey's market strategy, philosophy, sales conditions and sales targets to our dealers
• Coordinating the local dealers in order to realize the sales targets
• Following up the daily dealer activities and analyzing retail sales and stock availability
• Preparing related documents and follow up with the dealers
• Visiting the dealers and planning the Marketing activities of the district
• Training the sales team of the region on theory and practice
• Analyzing the sales team performance results, evaluating and contributing their development activities
• Review, analyze and provide consultation on dealership business management financial performance including profitability, floor plan requirements and working capital.
• Prepare vehicle distributions considering dealer needs and demands.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to management.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree from related departments of Universities
• Min 5 years of experience in sales department in Automotive sector is a must
• Advanced level of both written & spoken English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Having driving license (Class B) and currently active as a driver
• Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical aspects, give importance to details
• Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
