Job summary

Uber Eats Trendyol Go is hiring a senior backend engineer to design and deploy high-throughput real-time services powering millions of daily orders. You’ll shape architecture, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate across Product and Data teams to deliver impactful features.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Java/Go/C#/Kotlin/NodeJS, strong foundations in OOP, DDD, and testing, plus hands-on experience with databases, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the listed languages: Java, Go, C#, Kotlin, or NodeJS.
• Proficient in OOP, DDD, design patterns, clean code, refactoring, and testing (unit/integration).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and message brokers.
• Familiar with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy features powering real-time, high-throughput services handling millions of daily orders.
• Drive architectural decisions at service or domain level with ADRs, RFCs, and design docs.
• Operate what you build through on-call rotations, incident reviews, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering practices including testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development.
