Job summary

Siemens İzmit site is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to drive product and process quality across the lifecycle. You will oversee APQP, PPAP and change management, lead 8D/FMEA-based problem solving, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 standards while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality, strong English skills, and willingness to travel as needed in a diverse, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and 8D.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or VDA 6.3 audits.
• Strong English communication and collaboration in international environments.
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quality activities across project launch, serial production, and changes.
• Manage APQP, ISIR/PPAP and quality approvals for new products and changes.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D, A3, PDCA, and FMEA methodologies.
• Maintain Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions, and test docs.
• Analyze process performance with SPC and MSA and drive improvements.
• Coordinate supplier and customer quality topics and corrective actions.
• Participate in audits and support compliance activities.
• Contribute to Product Safety, Lean, Digitalization, and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and business goals.
