Job summary

Hitachi Energy's Core Manufacturing Center in Dilovası, Kocaeli, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead preventive quality initiatives, manage ISO systems, and drive process improvements across the site.

The role requires 8+ years in quality, a degree in engineering, and fluency in Turkish and English; you will collaborate with GPG, HUB and local management to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in related areas.
• Knowledge of quality management, QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prevent defects and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Represent Voice of the Customer and involve stakeholders in decisions.
• Deploy and maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 integration and compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify risks and drive CAPA closure.
• Improve efficiency of inspection/testing equipment and manage Test Lab.
• Lead HSE compliance and workforce planning within the department.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
