Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY TURKEY ELEKTRIK SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI in Dilovası, Kocaeli, seeks a Quality Manager with 8+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering focused on quality. The role oversees ISO 9001/14001/45001, drives defect prevention, and partners with local management to meet customer expectations.

The candidate will lead process management, analytics, and supplier/customer quality initiatives while promoting a safe, compliant workplace and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or in another Engineering field with relevant quality experience.
• Experience in quality management, QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma understanding of priority.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

Responsibilities

• Prevent mistakes and defects in products and ensure quality requirements are fulfilled for customers.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer within the local business and translate feedback into decisions.
• Lead the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ensure processes are effective.
• Analyze quality data to identify risks, nonconformances, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Improve efficiency of inspection and testing equipment to meet capacity.
• Support HSE compliance and safe working environment across the factory.
