Job summary

Hitachi Energy Turkey Elektrik Sanayi Anonim Sirketi is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems at the Dilovası manufacturing site. You will drive defect prevention, manage ISO-based processes, and guide a team toward continuous improvement in collaboration with local management.

The role requires 8+ years in quality, strong QC and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and fluency in Turkish and English. Onsite position with strong HSE and regulatory focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with quality experience.
• 8+ years of experience in quality management or similar roles.
• Understanding of quality management, QC tools, Lean tools and Six Sigma.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Prevent defects and ensure quality requirements are met across products and services.
• Deploy and maintain the local Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Lead process management to reduce variation and improve efficiency.
• Use quality data analytics to identify risks and nonconformances and ensure corrective actions.
• Oversee inspection/testing lab performance, training, and accreditation compliance.
• Support HSE and regulatory compliance across factory organizations.
• Plan and develop workforce within the department and mentor staff.
