Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Dilovası, Kocaeli, is seeking a Quality Technician for the Tank Workshop to inspect transformer tanks during manufacture, conduct ITP and QCP, and ensure conformance of incoming materials.

You will join a global team and support continuous improvement in a challenging production environment. Candidates should have at least 3 years in the transformer sector, be able to read technical drawings, and use SAP QM.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma or vocational training in mechanical fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the transformer sector.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• English and Turkish language abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect transformer tanks manufacturing stages, ITP and QCP.
• Conduct incoming material inspection.
• Perform welding and coating inspections.
• Carry out NDT inspections to standards (TUV Nord- EN 473 ISO 9712 and ASME).
• Perform final assembly dimensional inspections.
• Provide solutions for customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with external & internal regulations and guidelines.
