Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY TURKEY ELEKTRIK SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality systems at the Dilovası core manufacturing center. You will drive process control, risk-based decisions and data-driven improvements across the local operation.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in quality, strong knowledge of QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and fluent Turkish and English for cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant quality-experience.
• 8+ years in related areas with strong knowledge of quality management.
• Proficiency in QC tools, Lean and Six Sigma; strong communication skills; Turkish and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Prevent defects and ensure quality requirements are met for products and services.
• Lead the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and ensure closure.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe work environment across factory operations.
