• Graduates of university undergraduate programs
• Advanced English language skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management systems, ethics, and compliance policy management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of the quality management system, risk analysis, application of necessary control processes, and taking necessary measures to improve the quality management system
• Planning and implementation of necessary activities in terms of compliance with the basic accreditation rules managed
• Management of customer feedback, root cause analysis as needed, provision of preventive action and related process tracking
• Reporting and analyzing key performance data related to operational processes, and creating and managing corrective actions
• Ensuring the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Policy in accordance with the company's compliance and ethics policy and the managed accreditation rules
• Performing the necessary review and risk analysis activities in accordance with the Ethics and Compliance Policy
• Providing training to relevant industry employees within the scope of the Ethics and Compliance Policy and procedures
• Conducting and reporting audits and necessary investigation activities on matters covered by the Ethics and Compliance Policy.
