Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test strategies and frameworks.

You are a meticulous engineer passionate about quality assurance, automated testing, and seamless software delivery. However, you don't just want to find bugs; you want to optimize how the entire team builds and ships the product. You are a pragmatic problem-solver who can mix the deep technical inspection of an SDET with the workflow facilitation of a Scrum Master. Most importantly, you are eager to learn the business and the product inside-out, using this hybrid role as a springboard to eventually become a Product Owner.

Role Requirements:

• Quality & Test Automation: Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks like Maestro, as well as tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Deep-Dive Debugging: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You must know how to query the database, trace AI executions in LangSmith, manually retrieve Qdrant chunks, and test APIs via Postman.
• Agile & Flow Mastery: Act as the team's Scrum Master by measuring team performance, detecting frictions in the delivery flow, and actively solving their root causes.
• Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of retrospectives and ensure the results and action items are persistently integrated back into our development lifecycle.
• Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and software architectures.
