Job summary

Yıldız Tech, established to support digital product journeys within the Yıldız group, seeks a Product Owner Lead to drive end-to-end product delivery. You will translate business needs into actionable outputs, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered digital solutions with emphasis on AI tools usage and governance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related).
• 6+ years in product ownership, business analysis, digital product management, or similar roles.
• Strong SDLC understanding and Agile experience; Scrum knowledge/certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in an AI-driven product ownership model with AI tools.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Own digital products end to end, from requirement analysis to delivery, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business needs and processes; translate them into clear product outputs such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, mock-ups, functional specifications, and presentations.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, urgency, and delivery priorities.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to clarify requirements, support solution design, manage dependencies, and track delivery progress.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Claude, and similar technologies to create prompts, AI agents, test agents, documentation, presentations, prototypes, workflows, automations, and process/platform improvements.
• Coordinate integration and technical collaboration across development, database, infrastructure, architecture, information security, business, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions.
• Support UI/UX expectations, technical testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout readiness, user training, and agile delivery ceremonies.
• Support product and platform governance topics such as server version upgrades, security findings, information security requirements, solution topology, and integration points.
• Monitor production needs, user-reported issues, enhancement requests, and platform improvements; ensure structured follow-up and resolution.
• Stay structured, agile, resilient, and solution-oriented in situations involving ambiguity, transformation, changing priorities, and new business cases.

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related technical fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital product management, technical analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in business/process analysis, requirement documentation, backlog management, mock-ups, process flows, functional specifications, and product delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments; Scrum knowledge/certification is a plus.
• Ability and motivation to work in an AI-driven product ownership model, using AI tools for prompts, agents, documentation, testing, analysis, presentation, UI design, and process/platform development.
• Experience or strong interest in Copilot Studio, Claude, AI agents, low-code/no-code tools, AI-assisted development tools, or vibe coding.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of system topology, integrations, APIs, databases, infrastructure, server upgrades, and information security processes.
• Technical familiarity with web/mobile application lifecycles, release management, version control tools, and modern software architecture concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous learning mindset, curiosity for new technologies, self-motivation, ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
