Ingenium Yazılım Limited Şirketi Türkiye’de Sarıyer bölgesinde, ölçeklenebilir yazılım sistemleri ve yapay zekâ odaklı projeler geliştiren ekibine Senior Software Engineer arıyor. Sistem mimarisi, teknik kararlar ve kod kalitesine liderlik yapacak; junior geliştiricilere mentorluk verip CI/CD süreçlerini iyileştirecek.

Rust ile ileri seviye deneyim ve REST API tasarımı, veritabanı optimizasyonu ile birlikte AWS üzerinde üretim ortamlarını yönetme becerisi aranmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Bilgisayar/Mühendislik temelli diploma.
• Production ortamında ölçeklenebilir sistemler geliştirme tecrübesi.
• Rust ile profesyonel veya ileri seviye deneyim.
• REST API ve mikroservis mimarileri tasarlama deneyimi.
• SQL/PostgreSQL konusunda güçlü bilgi ve performans optimizasyonu.

We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer

Ingenium is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team building scalable software systems, AI-powered applications, and cloud-native products.

This role goes beyond writing code. You will be expected to contribute to system architecture, technical decisions, engineering standards, production infrastructure, and the technical growth of other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications
• Professional or advanced development experience with Rust
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and software design principles
• Strong experience with system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and service-oriented backend architectures
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization
• Strong command of professional Git-based development workflows
• Advanced experience with Docker and containerized production environments
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands‑on experience deploying and operating production systems on AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, availability, monitoring, and security

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large-scale or high-traffic systems
• Production-grade backend/service development experience with Rust
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, and CloudWatch
