Job summary

TOLON is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement processes and supplier relationships across our global manufacturing network. You will conduct supplier research, price analysis, and bid evaluations, ensuring timely purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in machinery/manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery and/or manufacturing industries.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Holder of a Class B driving license; willing to drive; no travel restrictions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with IFS, Canias, or SAP.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and conducting supplier evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement processes in line with company policies.
• Conducting supplier research, evaluation, quotation collection, and price analysis.
• Ensuring timely execution of purchase orders, contracts, and related docs.
• Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Conducting site visits when required.
• Coordinating across departments to ensure alignment.
• Supporting supply chain efficiency through stakeholder communication.

Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will take an active role in our company's procurement processes and effectively manage supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field
• Preferably graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the machinery and/or manufacturing industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Holder of a Class B driving license, actively drives, and has no travel restrictions
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Preferably experienced with IFS, Canias, or SAP
• Competent in contract preparation, price analysis, supplier evaluation, and reporting processes
• Experienced in managing supplier relationships
• Strong team player, preferably with previous experience working in cross-functional teams
