Job summary

TOLON is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement processes and supplier relationships across our global manufacturing network. You will conduct supplier research, price analysis, and bid evaluations, ensuring timely purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in machinery/manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery and/or manufacturing industries.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Holder of a Class B driving license; willing to drive; no travel restrictions.
Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with IFS, Canias, or SAP.
Experience managing supplier relationships and conducting supplier evaluations.

Responsibilities

Managing procurement processes in line with company policies.
Conducting supplier research, evaluation, quotation collection, and price analysis.
Ensuring timely execution of purchase orders, contracts, and related docs.
Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.
Conducting site visits when required.
Coordinating across departments to ensure alignment.
Supporting supply chain efficiency through stakeholder communication.
