Job summary

GreedyGame is seeking a Consultant to onboard game publishers and grow regional relationships across gaming and non-gaming apps. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless publisher experience and drive revenue growth.

You will manage onboarding, educate publishers on features, and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts while tracking performance and market trends. This role offers exposure to global publishers and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in publisher partnerships, account management, ad tech, or mobile app ecosystems.
• Experience working with gaming and/or non-gaming app publishers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple publishers and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (Native language fluency is required).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for gaming and non-gaming app publishers in the region.
• Manage day-to-day communication with publishers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with publishers to drive retention and growth.
• Onboard new publishers across multiple company offerings and guide them through integration and setup.
• Educate publishers on product features, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
• Support publishers in maximizing monetization performance and overall value.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new publisher clients.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of existing publisher accounts.
• Track publisher performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase business.
• Work closely with internal Account Management, Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Share publisher feedback with product teams to help enhance features, tools, and overall publisher experience.
• Coordinate issue resolution and product improvements to maintain high publisher satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends in gaming and non-gaming apps in the region.
• Monitor publisher KPIs and prepare regular performance updates.
• Contribute insights to improve partnership strategies and offerings.
