Job summary

Özak Global Holding is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Executive to lead the implementation of best-in-class project management practices at our Headquarters. You will drive governance, standards, and templates across the Holding to optimize delivery and value realization.

The role combines strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on coaching of stakeholders, advancing digital transformation programs, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Experience in digital transformation and business process improvement.
• Hands-on with MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of PMO methodologies, governance, and templates across the Holding.
• Coordinate projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to completion, following established standards.
• Support project teams in defining scope, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Contribute to portfolio management by aligning projects with strategic objectives and optimizing resources.
• Monitor risks, KPIs, and success criteria, and take timely corrective actions.
• Provide training, coaching, and continuous improvement to build a strong PMO culture.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodologies and practices.
• Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and technology integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to identify project risks proactively and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Experience in facilitating digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through training and coaching of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English is preferred.

• Monitor project risks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria, ensuring timely corrective actions when required.
• Support the development of a strong project management culture by delivering training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
