Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Finalize project bidding processes within deadlines.
• Lead meetings and negotiations with customers.
• Conduct audits on transferred cost files.
• Execute Project Commissioning aligned with requirements.
• Monitor work packages during Project Integration.
• Represent the company at trade fairs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined “Project Costing & Commissioning Chief” to lead our project lifecycle from the initial bidding stage through to successful commissioning. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and financial efficiency in our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (preferably Mechanical Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus).
• English Proficiency: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level required. Capable of professional communication in a global business environment.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cold forming, machinery manufacturing, or the automotive industry.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (preferably NX & Fusion 360).
• Technical Knowledge: Exceptional skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Deep understanding of machining, cold forming, welded manufacturing, and surface treatment processes.
• Project Management: Proven experience in Project Management (preferably PMP certified).
• Key Assets (Preferred): Familiarity with cost accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and experience with CANIAS ERP.
• Soft Skills: Result-oriented mindset, strong engineering discipline, and expertise in stress & risk management.
• Military Service: Completed for male candidates.

Job Description

• Finalizing the project bidding process within the designated deadlines.
• Coordinating and leading meetings/negotiations with customers and stakeholders.
• Transferring portfolio products to standard cost files and conducting periodic audits.
• Executing the Project Commissioning (Start-up) process in alignment with scope, target deadlines, cost, and quality requirements.
• Distributing and monitoring work packages to relevant stakeholders during Project Integration.
• Representing the company at international trade fairs and customer site visits.
