Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Project Chief to lead strategic development projects at one of Turkey’s leading airports. You will plan investment programs, monitor time and budget, and ensure alignment with the airport masterplan while driving sustainable growth.

In this senior role, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, prepare annual investment budgets, and report on project progress. A Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field and 8+ years of experience are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in investment, project management or strategic planning.
• Preferably experienced in airport, transportation, infrastructure or large-scale public projects.
• Proficient in English with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Skilled in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera.

This position involves taking part in all phases of projects - from design to reporting - ensuring alignment with the airport’s masterplan and contributing to sustainable growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan investment and development projects within the airport premises,
• Develop growth scenarios in line with the airport masterplan and manage project development processes,
• Evaluate investment requests from departments and prepare investment programs,
• Create time and budget plans for projects and monitor both physical and financial progress,
• Prepare the annual investment budget and coordinate all related processes effectively,
• Conduct analysis, reporting and presentation activities related to project processes,
• Ensure effective coordination of projects through strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration or a related field,
• Minimum of 8 years experience in investment, project management or strategic planning,
