Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, seeks an HR Assistant Specialist / HRBP for its Karaman operations. You will support daily HR operations within a manufacturing environment, partnering with blue- and white-collar staff and line managers on people topics.

You will contribute to recruitment, performance management, compensation and development processes, while aligning HR services with business goals. English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations/Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Sociology.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR functions.
• Good command of English preferred.
• Analytical thinking with solid reporting skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and exposure to union processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP HR or Workday is preferred.

pladis is looking for Human Resources Assistant Specialist / Specialist (HRBP) for our pladis TURCA Human Resources Team in Karaman.

In this role, you will be part of the manufacturing HR team, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to core HR processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with both blue-collar and white-collar employees and partner with line managers on people-related topics.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Support the implementation and execution of HR strategies and processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, training & development, and career planning, reporting to the HR Manager
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems
• Ensure high-quality HR service delivery in alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to increase the efficiency of HR operations
• Monitor and support training and development processes
• Support disciplinary processes and employee relations cases when needed
• Contribute to talent management and promotion processes for factory employees

What do you need for this role?
