Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, invites an FP&A Specialist to join the pladis Finance team in Türkiye. In this role you will contribute to budgeting, reporting, and profitability analyses across categories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with management to deliver financial insights, maintain IFRS compliance, and support CMB reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in controlling or auditing are required, with strong Excel and SAP skills and fluent English.

pladis is looking for Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for our pladis Finance team.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Actively participate in the annual budgeting process; prepare periodic variance analyses by comparing actuals vs. forecast and present findings to management
• Prepare monthly performance reports and various ad-hoc financial analyses
• Conduct category- and product-level profitability analyses, including budget–actual comparisons
• Develop and deliver financial analyses, presentations, and reports for the management team
• Contribute to projects related to budgeting, profitability, and reporting
• Provide full support to Capital Markets Board (CMB/SPK) reporting and compliance processes

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or financial audit; preferably in Independent Audit, manufacturing companies
• Strong ability to review financial statements, analyze financial data, and prepare detailed reports, projections, and statements under tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of accounting software principles (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of IFRS standards
• Excellent command of English
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a hands‑on approach
• Analytical mindset, fast learning ability, strong planning and organizational skills
• No travel restrictions
