Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of production processes in compliance with GMP.
• Ensure that pre-production, production, and post-production activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and revise general and equipment-specific SOPs.
• Prepare manufacturing protocols and revise them per validation reports.
• Actively participate in production-related improvement projects and initiatives.

We are looking for a Production Specialist to join our Solid Production team at the Production Facility on the Esenyurt campus.

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in production within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong process and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and open to innovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of production processes in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure that pre-production, production, and post-production activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations.

• Prepare manufacturing protocols and revise them in accordance with validation reports.
