ETİ is seeking a Production Planning Unit Manager in Eskişehir, Turkey to lead and continuously improve production planning across the supply chain, boosting service levels while optimizing costs, capacity, and inventory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of system analysis and design.
• Experience with SAP and production planning systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
