ETİ is seeking a Production Planning Unit Manager in Eskişehir, Turkey to lead and continuously improve production planning across the supply chain, boosting service levels while optimizing costs, capacity, and inventory. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, at least 4 years in production planning (2+ in management), SAP/SAP IBP experience, Power BI skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of system analysis and design.
• Experience with SAP and production planning systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Manage production planning and material supply processes in line with demand, capacity, and operational requirements.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term capacity and resource plans.
• Optimize inventory and production resources through analytical and data-driven approaches.
• Monitor production performance, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and coordinate related actions.
• Lead SAP and SAP IBP planning processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Production Planning team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business targets.
