Job summary

ETİ is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to lead sales forecasting and demand planning, aligning budgeting and rolling forecasts with market demand. You will develop forecasts from orders, targets, and inventory, monitor accuracy, and drive improvements.

You will work with SAP APO/IBP, build dashboards, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain on S&OP and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting and demand planning processes accurately and effectively.
• Support budget and rolling forecast processes with reliable demand planning inputs.
• Prepare demand forecasts based on customer orders, sales targets and inventory levels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify variances, and support improvement actions.
• Manage planning data and processes through SAP APO, SAP IBP, and related systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide business insights and support decision-making.
• Coordinate S&OP processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support new product launches, portfolio changes, and phase-in and phase-out processes.
