Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Production Planning Engineer to join the Supply Chain team in Turkey. You will report to the Production Planning Supervisor and support capacity planning, KPI reporting, and production analysis against plans to sustain the manufacturing roadmap.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering (Industrial or Chemical), has at least 3 years in production planning (food/pharma preferred), fluent English, and strong skills in MS Office, SAP MM, and PPDS to drive

• Min. 3 years of production planning experience (pharma or food industry preferred).
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Strong skills in MS Office, SAP MM module and PPDS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity planning according to production constraints.
• Prepare weekly/monthly Planning & KPI reports.
• Conduct production analysis vs plans/allocations.
• Consolidate forecasts and check rough cut capacity yearly.
• Monitors actual weekly production against plan.
• Prepare weekly/daily finished good and semifinish good supply plans.
• Track launches and transition projects.

We are now looking for “Production Planning Engineer” to work within Supply Chain Department. We are looking for a candidate will be reporting Production Planning Supervisor. Details of the role are as follows:

Main Responsibilities

• Doing capacity planning according to the production constraints
• Preparing weekly / monthly Planning & KPI reports
• Making production analysis vs plans/allocations
• Consolidation of forecasts and checks rough cut capacity for the whole year
• Keeping account of actual weekly production against production plan
• Preparing weekly / daily finished good *and semifinish good* supply plan to sustain production plan
• Tracking and acting accordingly with new development (launches) / transition projects

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Chemical)
• Min. 3 years of production planning experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or food industry)
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Good command of MS Office, SAP MM module and *PPDS*
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
