Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Esenyurt, Turkey is seeking a PPE/TPM/Lean Engineer to support Kaizen teams and drive continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with Perfetti Van Melle groups and applying PPE/TPM methodologies. You will contribute to 5S audits, document management within the quality system, and ensure smooth information exchange. A bachelor's in engineering and English proficiency are required, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a PPE/TPM/Lean role.
• Familiarity with PPE/TPM rules, standards and performance indicators.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical thinking.
• No military service obligation.

Responsibilities

• Support Kaizen teams as instructor and consultant.
• Provide PPE/TPM methodological support and ensure information exchange with Perfetti Van Melle networks.
• Manage Kaizen and Suggestion internal software: reviews, awards and reporting.
• Create and revise documents in the quality management system.
• Develop the 5S system through audits and improvement.

Job description

Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ PPE/TPM/Lean Engineer.

Responsibilities;

• Support kaizen teams formed for this purpose as an instructor and consultant,
• Provide methodological support to the Pillar and Studies in PPE/TPM Studies. Ensuring the exchange of information in contact with Perfetti Van Melle organisations in case of need,
• Management of Kaizen and Suggestion Internal Software system. (Daily kaizen/suggestion review, selection of kaizens of the month and award ceremony, kaizen reporting),
• Document or procedure creation and revision in the quality management system,
• Ensuring the development of the 5S system in line with continuous improvement, conducting audits and evaluating the results.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Food Engineering,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good planning and organizational skills,
• Good systematic and analytical thinking skills to collect, analyse and interpret data,
• No military service obligation.
