Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Project Coordinator to support localization of production activities in Türkiye. You will partner with suppliers, customers, and internal functions to ensure products meet demand, deadlines, and standards while maintaining quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.
• Technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze requirements, prioritize, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of IT or telecommunications project management, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in Istanbul, Türkiye, with travel to the production site as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of key processes, stakeholders, and requirements for local production.
• Support planning, coordination, and governance for localization projects.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and updates affecting local production.
• Drive certification activities end to end with authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across SCM, production technology, and order/delivery management.
• Track activities, orders, shipments, risks, and issues for projects.
• Provide clear progress updates to suppliers and lead-site functions.
