Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Izmir, Türkiye. You will develop software, automation solutions and CI/CD capabilities, supporting integration and verification activities while continuously improving how we build, test and deliver our solutions.

You will work in a collaborative, agile environment emphasizing automation and engineering excellence. The role focuses on containerized environments with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Helm, and automation using Python and Bash,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Java technologies such as Jakarta EE/Spring/Hibernate/EJB/Quarkus.
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash.
• Web apps using Flask; PostgreSQL experience.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/GitHub Actions; YAML/Bash.
• Container tech: Docker/Podman; orchestration with Kubernetes/Helm.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance software solutions and internal automation tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Bash to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Podman.
• Support deployment and orchestration across environments with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Develop and maintain web-based automation platforms using Python, Flask and PostgreSQL.
