Job summary

Flender is seeking a Production and Assembly Technician in Adana to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, prepare products for delivery, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a high-volume production environment.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly, with basic knowledge of assembly drawings and safety rules. Shift work and overtime may be required; MYK certificates are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
• High School or equivalent vocational education.
• Able to work in shifts and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components as per drawings.
• Prepare products for delivery and pack as required.
• Fill out supporting documentation such as checklists and reports.
• Report machine and device failures to management.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area and comply with quality, safety and environmental standards.
