Job summary

Kartaca is seeking a Product Manager to define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will analyze user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, and work with design, development, testing, and release teams to deliver value.

The role requires translating requirements into detailed backlog items, tracking product performance with metrics, and communicating with stakeholders to align expectations and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital products.
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, launch, iteration).
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements.
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Data-driven mindset with experience working with metrics and KPIs.
• Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
