Job summary

HubX is seeking a Product Designer for ScaleUp to join our energetic team. You will lead UI/UX for our mobile and web apps across multiple studios, translating user insights into intuitive interfaces and maintaining cohesive design systems.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-quality experiences that scale globally. Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma; Sketch and Adobe CC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Strong, innovative design eye with user focus.
• Solid understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Proficiency in Figma; Sketch and Adobe CC a plus.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex journeys.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.
• Experience with micro-interactions and motion design is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design process for UI/UX across HubX apps from concept to delivery.
• Design intuitive mobile and web interfaces for new features and refine existing screens.
• Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify UX opportunities.
• Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate.
• Develop and maintain UI kits, style guides, and design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and studio standards.
