Job summary

Ticimax, an e-commerce technology company in Turkey, seeks a Product Manager to own the product experience for thousands of merchants and millions of users. The role is hybrid at Allianz Tower, Kozyatağı, offering a fast-paced environment and high-impact product ownership.

You will drive end-to-end product initiatives, translate business needs into requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar) is a plus.
• Data-driven with experience in analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent communicator — proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area end-to-end.
• Drive the product improvements through experimentation and data.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Understand and define customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups.
• Advance UI/UX designs, prepare mockups, and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Use data, user feedback, and A/B tests to drive decisions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Define and track OKRs for your area.
