Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer, gtech, in Istanbul to drive complex measurement implementations for enterprise advertising clients. You will bridge customer requirements and Google’s service offerings, unlocking data foundations and enabling adoption of advanced data tools.

As a strategic technical advisor, you will audit environments, diagnose pain points, and enable scalable, customized solutions while collaborating with LCS and gTech teams across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture.
• Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL databases.
• Experience with advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first-party data management strategy, and pain points.
• Advise Sales and Engagement Managers to maximise adoption of existing Menu of Services (MoS) within their product area, advising on how to streamline delivery by prioritizing scalable solutions with last-mile customisation.
• Lead deep-dive technical consultation sessions to uncover opportunities, ensuring solutions respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation.
• Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while deferring base code-level and system‑building decisions to the Engineering team.
