Job summary

adesso Turkey is seeking a Data Engineer (Mid/Sr) to drive data migration from on‑premises to cloud platforms. You will work with IT consultants, delivery managers, DevOps, QA, BE/FE/mobile teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital products for local and global markets.

You will collaborate with business owners to capture requirements, validate migrated data, and ensure high data quality through checks and governance.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or data warehouse projects, with hands-on experience in GCP and BigQuery.
Hands-on BigQuery expertise; able to manage datasets, tables, views and IAM permissions.
IaC using Terraform to automate and ensure cloud infrastructure quality.
Ability to write complex SQL and stored procedures; design Snowflake roles and optimize SQL statements.
Analytical thinking with systematic approach to data problems and collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities

Migrating on-premises data solutions to cloud-based platforms.
Collaborate with business owners; validate migrated data and perform data quality checks.
Contribute to cutting-edge data migration projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
