Job summary

Turkcell DBS is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Google Cloud-based portfolio in the Turkish market, focusing on e‑commerce and retail. You will shape commercial strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, and collaborate with partners to create sector-specific offerings with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT consulting or IT services.
• At least 3 years of leadership in cloud and digital transformation.
• Strategic knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, Data & Analytics, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for e-commerce and retail; identify opportunities across related verticals.
• Position Google Cloud-based infrastructure, data modernization, AI, and managed services.
• Align Sales, Presales, and Product around solutions built with BigQuery, GKE, Vertex AI, Anthos.
• Develop vertical solutions and value propositions; build commercial strategies and business cases.
