Job summary

Michael Page Turkey is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement in a manufacturing environment. You will lead a procurement team, drive supplier relationships, and ensure cost efficiency.

This role requires strong negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Operations, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. The position offers professional growth and exposure to global best practices in procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Proven team management experience.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and indirect procurement.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications; AS/400 experience is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities including supplier sourcing, quotation management, negotiation, and order follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers while identifying alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base.
• Manage indirect procurement activities (technical and administrative categories) while ensuring cost efficiency and service continuity.
• Track pricing, inventory-related procurement activities, and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare procurement, import, and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team while promoting a high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable management systems and regulations.
