The position is responsible for leading procurement operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement of materials and services in line with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical & Electronics Engineering), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, including team leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience leading procurement teams and managing procurement operations
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems (SAP MM preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing practices
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
