Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement/purchasing experience with team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead procurement operations and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of English written and spoken, SAP MM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the procurement team and purchasing operations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage procurement for raw materials, components, equipment and services.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for long-term value.
• Lead pricing, contract, delivery, and payment term negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Analyze procurement data, market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procurement standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs and management updates.
