Job summary

The incumbent will assist in complex purchases, prepare payments, and maintain records across the procurement cycle, contributing to efficient operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or accounting/logistics with relevant experience.
• High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.
• Certification in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and consolidate procurement requisitions by verifying information per the Purchase Authorisation Matrix.
• Assist in more complex, higher-value purchases.
• Prepare tender documents, solicit bids, analyze bids, and coordinate with suppliers.
